Rich in proteins, low in fat, seaweed contains all the minerals and all the trace elements of the ocean as well as many vitamins. "Le Paludier" has created a mix of micronized seaweed powder and grey Guerande Salt which accentuates the flavour of fish, and shelfish as well as giving food (mayonnaise, salads.) that ocean flavour.
