Salicorne au naturel
	The salicorne is a plant growing naturally in the salt marshes of Guerande. Salicorne is really easy to prepare and can be served as a vegetable or to decorate fish or seafood dishes. Due to its high salt content, it must be cooked without any added salt, in plenty of water. Ingredients: Salicorne (salicornia europaea), water, sea salt.
