The legs (thighs and drumsticks) are from Quercy-Périgord Ducks exclusively. They are slow cooked in duck fat following a traditional recipe.

Preparation : Simply reheat in a large frying pan and serve with French beans or/and "pommes de terre sarladaises" (see recipe on our recipe page).

Ingredients : Entire duck legs (x4), duck fat, salt, pepper.
