Do I need to setup an account to order from your website?
No, no account is necessary to order from VillagedeFrance.
Can I setup a customer account if I need one ?
Yes, by visiting the "Village de France Commerce" page (button in the left sidebar). Terms and conditions apply.

Do you accept Cash or Cheque on delivery ?
No, we only accept card payments (most of them) through the website.
Can I go back to your website from the PayPal payment form ?
Yes, you should be redirected automatically to our receipt page.
PayPal didn't ask me for my delivery address, why ?
This is because we are using PayPal Express. PayPal Express only processes your payment, not your order. Our Shopping Cart (Actinic) will process the details of your order separately.

Are my card details secure on your website ?
Yes, simply because your details are not stored on our website at any given time.
Is your card acquisition system at checkout secure ?
Yes, the last checkout phase (5) occurs on the SecureHosting (or PayPal) SSL secure servers, both fully PCI DSS certified.
Are my personal details secure on your website ?
Yes, we do not share any of our customers details to third parties.

Are you offering a next day delivery service ?
No, we don't offer a next day delivery service but we recently implemented an express delivery option which is much quicker than the normal delivery service (for UK Mainland only).
Are you delivering worldwide ?
Yes, in most countries, if your country is not in the list, contact us so we can set it up for you.
Can I get a refund or a replacement if my product has been damaged during transport ?
Yes, whichever comes cheaper for us, depending on individual claims.

Are you a wholesaler ?
No, technically speaking no, but we can arrange large deliveries on certain products.
Can I buy your products for resale ?
Yes, first contact us with your request, then visit the "Village de France Commerce" page (button in the left sidebar) and register an account. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I get a discounted price if I order large quantities ?
Yes, we certainly can find an agreement depending on the nature of your request.

Are your products genuinely made and imported from France ?
Yes, all our products are.
Are your products certified organic ?
Yes, many of them are and we display the "BIO-organic" logo next to them.
Are your products suitable for special diets ?
They probably are, but we cannot guarantee that they are suitable to your personal requirements. Please call us if necessary.

Can I phone at anytime ?
Yes but sometimes we are not available. If it is the case, please send us an email saying that you tried to phone, leave your number, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Can I send my card details to your email address ?
Yes, but we DO NOT recommend it. Call us instead if you can.
